How long does it take to get my jewelry?
Our pieces are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing, plus shipping time 2-3 days. Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering.
Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.
What's your return policy?
As a sustainable brand with a made-to-order approach, we craft each piece specifically for you after purchase. Due to this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products.

Do your products have a warranty?
Gabby Love Fine Jewelry is guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 30 days after delivery. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper care, misuse, lost pieces, improper storage, or modifications made by third parties. For repair inquiries, email a photo and description of the damage to info@Gabby-Love.com, and we’ll assess the damage and provide an estimated repair cost. Please note that most Gabby Love pieces are handmade and may have slight variations from what is shown on our website. These variations are not defects and will not be repaired.

We suggest visiting a local jeweler to have your finger properly sized.
